Tickets not visible in https://developer.servicenow.com/ instance

Hi All,

I am very new to https://developer.servicenow.com/ instance. I wanted to test few REST API with ticket creations/update. I do not see the left pane which shows "create ticket" and other options. There were no plug in by default after initial account creation. I could not find any relation which plug in will help or it is something else? Any suggestions?

I see, you may have your role set to App Engine Studio Creator.

you are probably using the new UI. To see left pane click on the "All" in the header:

thank you for the prompt response. I am doing something wrong may be.. Initially I landed to a page which looks like below (this is after log in)

Unless I create a an App I am not able to go my instance URL https://dev120427.service-now.com and when I go there I see only the apps like below.

Any suggestion what I am doing incorrect?

 

You need to log in to developer.servicenow.com and check the role(s) of your user. Without admin access you end up on this page. You can login in by easily clicking the link. You will log in as the system administrator and can create/update your own user with proper credentials and roles.

Hi @Pallab Bhattacharya,

You are on the App Engine Studio page. It looks like you may have clicked "Let's go" on the landing page, like this:

Once you launch your instance you should see the above page, from there you can select the "All" option as Wojtek mentioned.
