Tickets not visible in https://developer.servicenow.com/ instance

Hi All,

I am very new to https://developer.servicenow.com/ instance. I wanted to test few REST API with ticket creations/update. I do not see the left pane which shows "create ticket" and other options. There were no plug in by default after initial account creation. I could not find any relation which plug in will help or it is something else? Any suggestions?

I see, you may have your role set to App Engine Studio Creator.

Hi David,

 

Sorry, this is embarrassing, but still I am not sure how to navigate over. I logged in to 

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/ and see this now as below

I then logged in from another browser https://dev120427.service-now.com ( I got a user and password automatically for this from previous portal). Used that log in and land here. The url is auto redirecting to this page.

I have below roles from the previous log in page.

What I am missing here now?

and change your role here to admin it must be app engine creator forgot the exact name but change it to admin.
