Hi Guys,

I'm new in ServiceNow and I'm not so familiar with the Time Card approval process.

Is it possible to change the out of the box configuration for the approval of the time card?

And if it is possible where we can change it?

There is no OOB way to just check a box to have it work differently.  You will need to code something of some sort.

So more detail is needed.  Change it how?

@Codi Please check if there is a workflow/flow associated with your Time Card approval process, if yes then you can change the existing flow/workflow approval activity/action and align it with the approval process you need.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput upon checking no workflow/flow currently configured to the approval of time card. May I ask if what is the OOB configuration of this time card approval?

@Codi A lot of Time card related configuration can be handled via Timesheet policies, please refer to the documentation https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/task-table/task... to know more about timesheet policies and the associated attributes which can be configured along with it.
