Hi @PrashantK270430 ,
Does the time sheet policy have auto create time card on planned task update enabled? and does the user have time sheet policy assigned?
Also, following are the conditions for auto create time cards as per the documentation, not sure if this will help.
Option to create a time card automatically when you update a planned task, if the following conditions are true:
- You are a time card user
- You are assigned to the task through Assigned to or Additional assignee list field
- The task is not in a pending state.
By default, this option is not selected.
You can also check the scheduled script execution: Auto Generate Time Cards. This script auto generates time cards.
