Enable Automated KB Generation in ServiceNow with AI Capabilities

Hello everyone,
Looking for help with the following 
Automated KB generation-
a. Towards the completion of any INC, there should be a KB article that gets created automatically with all the details from worknotes summarized by AI
b. Upon a new INC creation, the system should find the related KB article associated to the INC so it gives the agent some information about the INC

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

Thank you for the info. Without  "Now Assist in Knowledge Management"  plugin (as its licensed) is there any other lead to achieve this?  we have Knowledge Capabilities in UI Builder  installed on our instance.
