Hi All, 

I have a requirement in time sheet portal, when an end user wants to submit his timecards in time sheet portal himself, how can he do it, the end user has time_card_user role, how can he able to submit his time cards in the timesheet. please help me to achieve this.

The timecard_user role should be sufficient to enter the Time Sheet Portal.

What are you running into that it doesn't work?

The user has to to add the tasks in timesheet portals himself, how can he do it, is there any possible way

To add the tasks, those need to be accessible by the end user. What kind of tasks does he need to add? You are talking about end users, so they aren't working on tickets, I assume.
