Hi,
I believe I came across this issue before and if I recall correctly, it was a permissions issue. So maybe you've been dabbling or changing around your roles for people or their ACL's. So what happens is as you start to go forward in weeks, eventually the system needs to "create" a new time sheet record. If I user flips ahead 5 weeks, it actually creates 5 timesheets for those given weeks. Kind of annoying, but I get it. SO....if you're getting a permissions issue or access denied alert like that, chances are, you've changed something and it's now hindering their ability to create NEW timesheets for new weeks.
Check those permissions and the users role 🙂

Hello,
I already reverted back to default script, but it continues to happen,
and the users already have a timecard_user role.
I don't know if it's root cause is the permissions, cause there, you could find an article on docs that call the timecard_users should've created a time sheet.
