2) While register the time worked record, if user enter more than incident created time (Current time-Created time) need to restrict.

ex: Incident created time : 2023-03-20 13:37:34

      current time : 2023-03-20 14:37:34

Difference = 1hr here , so user can't able to enter more than 1hr in time worked record. Can anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi, have you reviewed OOB ACL's for the table? you can also enable security debug, impersonate the user, navigate to the table \view and then review debug logs to identify any ACL's that may be causing your issue.

You have not provided any details of your configuration but looking at an OOB Utah PDI, I do not see any OOB table specific ACL's for 'task_time_worked' table. Perhaps SNC's expectation is that the Time Card Management plugin would be utilized.

If the existing (or lack of) read\write ACL's are not delivering your operational requirement, then you can add your own read\write ACL's for the table. Based on your description it sounds like these would be simple 'role based' solutions.
