Timer activity in flow designer not working some times

Hi Team ,

We have a timer activity in flow designer  and the configuration is as follows
 

Flow is sometimes moving to next step when the wait for condition is after admin_duration(change start time and the values stored in the catalog item) but most of the time it isn't.(Please find below screenshot)



What would be the issue here? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Could you also include a image what the flow execution looks like when it's working as expected?

Also, what is the value of "admin_duration"? It might help to pinpoint the error if you put in a log statement of that value.
