Hello, I had a requirement to add a save button to the rich text editor toolbar on the knowledge article record. I managed to add the button by enabling it in the system properties related to the TinyMCE HTML Field Editor plugin. However the button won't work. When I click on it, it does not save the record, but jumps on a new record. Is there a way to make this button work or it does not meant to function in ServiceNow?
