Hi,
To create a report for unused incident sub-categories and catalog items in ServiceNow for the last 3 months, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance with appropriate administrator or reporting access.
- Navigate to the "Reports" module or search for "Reports" in the navigation bar.
- Click on "Create New" or "New Report" to start creating a new report.

Hi @Lakshmi9420 ,
You can easily create a report through report designer for the last 3 months:
And afterwards group it by category:
This will off couse only give you the categories / subcategories that have been utilized the last 3 months and not what have not been utilized the last 3 months. Based on the outcome of the report you can make your assumptions accordingly.
