Have you done the to-do configuration by navigating to Employee Center > Administration > To-dos Configuration. If not, refer below post :

Hi @SandeepKSingh 

As @vermaamit16 correctly mentioned you need to check the TO_DO configuration and check if all condition are metting or not.
