To understand how Fieldwork Actual start field value populates on Engagement table

Hi Team,

The requirement is to send an email notification when Fieldwork actual start|work_start field value change on Engagement table.

Can anyone help me to understand how Fieldwork actual start|work_start value populates on Engagement(sn_audit_engagement) record and from which script it's auto populating. Thanks in advance.

Hi @BhimaniY ,

Fieldwork actual start populates automatically with the date and time the moment you move the Engagement record from "Validate" to "Fieldwork" State. Which is editable in the Scope,Validate and Fieldwork State.

It seems when audit tasks are created then also Fieldwork actual start field value getting populated. In this scenario email notification is not triggering. Can you please help me on this and also want to know through which script Fieldwork actual start field value populates. Thank you in advance.
