toggle to full screen not working as expected

While creating a knowledge article if i click toggle to full screen button on the text field, the text box is not opening in full screen mode but rather it is remaining in the same size.
This behavior is in Geneva version. Can someone help me with this.

Hello Harsha,
toggle to full screen button works for me. I am on Geneva as well. Please check the browser console to see if there are any javascript errors that are stopping the further execution of scripts.

There are no javascript errors or warnings when i am toggling the text box to full screen mode.

Have you tried it with other browsers? Other users on the system?

Yes i tried in all other browsers and the behavior is the same.
