toggle to full screen not working as expected

While creating a knowledge article if i click toggle to full screen button on the text field, the text box is not opening in full screen mode but rather it is remaining in the same size.

This behavior is in Geneva version. Can someone help me with this.

Does full screen work in a script field? For example, open a business rule or UI action that has a script and try the

button.

Yes it is working in the script field.

My recommendation at this point is to reach out to customer support. Since the audience that has responded cannot reproduce/witness it, we're going to have a difficult time fixing it.

Agreed. I am unable to reproduce this on a Geneva instance as well.

Is it that only full screen option is not working or is it applicable to a set of buttons within the text field?

Can you also paste the html code of the toggle button from the developer view?
