Tour took time to trigger

Hi Team,

 

I have created a guided tour for SOW home page to guide the agent about the available sections on SOW home page. Tour has 9 steps and the trigger condition is automatic and on the instance default landing page is SOW home after login user will land on SOW home but the tour which I've created is not triggered after the home page loads, It take 2 to 3 mins time. I don't understand what is the problem, Can anyone suggest me for this issue.

I am having a similar issue. I created a tour for our landing page, and it is taking 10ish seconds to auto launch. Did you find the cause?

I'm just building my first test GT in our development instance and I'm finding the same issue. It's takes about 30 seconds to launch the tour after the page loads. If anyone has a fix or explanation, please share!
