Transform Functions not working in Flow Designer on Customers Instance - How do I enable them ?
Hi ServiceNow Community,
For some reason, I am unable to select Transform Functions, on my customer's instance that I am working in.
I am in Flow Designer and trying to click on the fx button, but the window that loads the Transform Functions, just does not load/pop up. This works perfectly in my PDI but not in the customer's instance.
Please see my screenshots attached.
Is there a place I have to go, to enable the Transform Functions so that they work in Flow Designer, or is there some setting I need to validate, as I do not understand why these are not loading, but yet they work fine in a PDI.
I would appreciate any help/guidance/advice on where to check.
Many thanks.

@Elijah Aromola @daniellebell @Ankur Bawiskar Hi everyone. I wanted to share you the steps to help with a solution here. We logged a HI Portal request and indeed, it turns out this is a known issue. ServiceNow have provided a solution, in order to resolve this on Vancouver, here is what ServiceNow advised:
Issue:
Transform map function on flow designer is not loading for If/else if condition.
Most Probable Cause:
We have identified this issue due to a platform defect, "PRB1705741," which is affecting Vancouver Patch 2, Vancouver Patch 3, and Vancouver Patch 4.
Solution Proposed:
The issue is already fixed in the Vancouver Patch 5 version.
*The Vancouver Patch 5 version is already released and available for upgrade, please upgrade you instance to Vancouver Patch 5 to get the fix for the defect.
Currently, there is no workaround available for this issue.

There shouldn't be anything additional to turn on. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies? What browser are you using? Does this work in a brand new flow?

@Elijah Aromola Hi Elijah, thanks for coming back to me. It definitely seems to be something else going on, but I cannot pin point where the issue is. I have cleared cache and cookies and it makes no difference.
We are getting error messages when we try to click on the (Fx) button, when we need to access Transform Functions.
Please see my screenshots attached. This does not happen on my PDI, only on the client's DEV instance.

I can't find any reference to an error like this. I would recommend opening a HI ticket with ServiceNow support.

Hi @Elijah Aromola yes I fully agree, it is just not one I have come across before.
I will get a ticket raised, good idea, and let you know if we find a resolution.
Many thanks for taking the time to come back to me on this, I really appreciate this.
Kind Regards.
