Transform History shows "Complete with errors"

We are experiencing an error seemingly since upgrading Helsinki to patch 8.   One of our data sources is triggered by an inbound email containing a CSV file.   When the data source is trigged, it runs its transform map which triggers a catalog item to execute thereby creating a REQ>RITM>TASK structure for each row in the CSV file under the 1st header row.   The transform is only creating the tickets for the 1st data row and then giving the error below.

I have a HI ticket open, but no solution has been found yet.   Yesterday, I renamed the data source's "Import set table label", loaded all records, and then manually ran the transform; it worked perfectly.   This morning's automated run only created tickets for the 1st data row, but when I ran the spreadsheet manually, all of the rows were processed.

Any help is appreciated!!

Transform History Error:

"Import set: ISET5071092 transform stopped due to error: java.lang.ClassCastException"

Hi Shane,

I am just assuming that this may be because of the file format which is importing into the system.

I suggest you create another datasource for testing and try executing.

If you can post the screen shots that will be easy to understand.

Thanks

Harish,

This design has been using the same CSV file format for over a year and the design has not changed.   The only change was to patch 8.   I renamed the table the data source uses and it works manually now, but the scheduled execution only works for the 1st data row in the CSV file.   I found the issue I believe. Thank you.
