transform map ignore rows on import

hi, 

I have a flow inserting data to an import table

so the import is created by Outbound Http Request

the transform map is triggered automatically an there is an onBefore transform script that should not allow to import a dedicated asset category

the ignore = true; is added 

the condition is executed ( log entry created) 

they are even properly marked on the import set itself 
but the row is added anyway to the destination table.. 

any clue what could be happening?
