Neelam,
The easiest way I know how to do this is to follow these steps:
- Make sure the fields used are translated text fields. Which for modules and application sections they are by default.
- Use the language picker under the gear to change to the desired language you want to translate those modules and sections in.
- Navigate to the field on the form. For example if you want to translate a custom module
- right click on application name choose to edit the application
- locate module under the module section
- click on desired module
- Replace the English text with the text of the target language.
- Save
- Use the language picker to switch back to English
Now your module should display in English and if you switch back to the other language it will display in the correct translation.
