Translating Error Message

Hello Everyone,

In Service Portal, when i submit an empty record producer this error appears, i want to translate it, how to do so?

Hi @Elana,

 

This is an OOB error message when mandatory fields are not filled. Translation should be possible for OOB.

However, if it isnt, then you can create a record in sys_ui_message table, add English text 'The following fields are incomplete', select target language, add translated text in message.

thank you so much this worked!, my trial was including the ":" and a "{0}" that's why it wasn't working i guess

Check this  known issue (PRB818793) . Which ServiceNow  version are you using now.
