Hello all,
I am trying to translate servicenow to Arabic [no plug-in yet]. So using debugging feature in system localization plug-in, I can find that service portal widgets' text is available in translated text table (TRT). However, when I go there, I can only find text that is not English ( I have other language packs activated). This is my first problem. Is there a way to go to the English content?
My second problem, which is even more important, is even when I take some samples of the Spanish text, export it, translate it and import it back to the system it does not map the u_document field [temp table] with the documentID field [TRT table]. Is there any mistake in what I am doing ?
Here is an example of my steps
I appreciate your help
Thanks

Hi Osama,
According to this link:
When importing the translated text, please put the document sys ID instead of the document name. You can get one document sys Id by opening the specific document, right clicking the header, and copying sys ID.
I'm not sure how you can export the document Sys ID form the translated text table directly. I would also appreciate any help on this issue if anyone know.
Hope this partially resolves your issue of importing.
Best Regards,
Issa Haddad
