Translations on sys_translated table not working for process flow formatter

I have updated the entries in sys_translated table to translate process flow into Portuguese but it is not working

it should work.

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then login with actual Portuguese user?

I have tried by clearing cache.do and also checked using Portuguese user still its not working

Label is updated in backend form of sys_process_flow but it is not reflecting on Problem form
