Hi - I am very new to ServiceNow development and I am wondering how I would go about triggering a flow when a Survey is submitted.
What we are trying to accomplish is that once a survey response is submitted, that user's manager shoudl be prompted to review the result, add their comments and mark it as "approved".
It is likely that there will be 2 or 3 total levels of management approval required in order for the survey response to be "complete".
Is this something that can/shoudl be done using the Survey module and flow designer or woudl this be better suited for a custom app via App Engine Studio?
