Hi Team,
we have requirement that after assigning problem ticket to some one if there is no update on the ticket (created on and updated is same) for 24 hours we need to trigger a notification to assignee i have created a flow designer its working fine while creating the problem ticket and filling the assign_to from that time it is calculating the time perfectly but how can we calculate time if some one left assign_to field as blank as it is non mandate when creating the problem ticket and after creating the ticket assign _to is filled from that time also we need to calculate time kindly help me how to update this condition in flow designer sharing screen shots for reference
