Trigger a phone call from ServiceNow

Is it possible to trigger a phone call from ServiceNow.

The requirement is to start a call whenever a P1 incident is logged.

Hi,

There isn't for the integration on ServiceNow side but Twilio is a paid for service which is expected similar to how you have to pay for a SIM card service. You're paying for texts or phone calls.

Additional costs come when you want to use a set number etc but it'll easily be one of the lower cost areas.

@Kieran Anson - I checked with Twilio team and looks like they do not support customers in India. The requirement is to trigger a call from ServiceNow for any P1 or P2 incident logged. Is this possible without using Twilio?
