Trigger flow only through the insert of a record producer

Hi, i have a flow.

This flow is selected in the HR Service

Service.

The flow runs if i order the RP, but i runs also if i create a new record on that table as admin.

Can we set a value that this flow should only run for this Service?

Hey @Meloper ,

You can select the Trigger as 'Service Catalog'. It will run only for your Record producer whenever it gets submitted/ordered.

i tried this but it seems to be, that it is not working.
I i create a new case, i have to select an hr service and maybe because of that there is the RP linked, it runs also the flow?

yeah i checked again, the flow is running also.

if i click on test, 

i can only select ritms no rps, so i guess its only IT related

Hi @Meloper ,

You need the separate field to identify the record producer records and use that field on condition.
