Trigger Manual discovery for unrefreshed devices

Hello Everyone ,

 

I have requirement to Trigger Manual discovery for unrefreshed devices.

There is a discovery dashboard on which "Unrefreshed Device" report is present. So I want to trigger manual discovery for those unrefreshed device using script or any other way.

 

Is there any way to do this?

Ji @Mitsua , this means your MID Server has no connection to the target device. If you have more than one MID, then check another one. At least three root causes could be:

1. Firewall between MID and Target. Either you put a MID behind this firewall (best practice) or you open almost every port in Firewall for your MID (talk with network and firewall team).

2. If firewall is not the issue, network from your MIDs network is not routed (talk to network team)

3. Target has no open port or doesn't answer ( talk with the system owner, system administrator)
