Triggering the Discovery when new center is created using flow or workflow

Hello everyone,

The ask is to have an automated discovery "pack" provisioned every time a new Centre appears in the Location table.

Centre Auto-Discovery provisioning:

1. New Centre is imported from data source(Titan)
2. New Network Circuit (ISP line) is imported from Tritone, related with the Centre Number.
3. Discovery "pack" (configuration) to be applied to the new Centre / network circuit id
1. 3 discovery packs, 1 per region (AMER, APAC, EMEA)
2. Discovery pack contains the 4 discovery ranges
3. Discovery ranges contain the network blueprint (internal LANs)

Can someone please guide me how to achieve this using flow designer?
