We get complaints about form load time for our custom incident form. The average is around 4-5 seconds but the outliers get as high at 70 seconds( kind of rare) but we have a lot that are showing up as 20 seconds.
We are going to client transactions to see these numbers. my filter is table = customIncident, type = form.
I have looked all over and contacted hi but have not found anything. I am not sure why session wait time is so high and what exactly it is. Im guessing sql time is because maybe something is taking up a lot of resources from the database like a scheduled job?
