Trying to install Playbook Experiences as part of Developer course. when i tried to install "Palybook Experiences" getting failed. Please assist.

Hi,

I am trying to install "Palybook Experiences" as part of Service Now Developer training on Demand course. But when i tried to install as per the instructions. getting failed message.

"Below you will find information on how to Install Playbook Experience or how to Install Playbooks for Field Service Management (FSM). "

Please guide me how to proceed further.

I just Followed this path, i was able to install:

Navigate to plugins> look for "Playbook experience" > now click on "Install".

Is this your PDI which you are trying to install?

What is the error message?
