Trying to modify the Overview tab in Incident records in Service Operations Workspace

Hello,

 

Recently I was trying to modify the Overview tab in Incident records in the Service Operations workspace but was unable to get the UI Builder option. 

 

Steps I followed:

1. Opened Service Operations Workspace

2. Opened an incident

3. Clicked on configure workspace

 

I have seen some blogs where people were getting the UI Builder option after these, but in my case nothing shows up, not even the save option.

Hi @himanshukolse98 

 

This could be because you are in Global scope whereas workspace is in "Service Operations workspace" application. Try changing the application scope to "Service Operations workspace" and then you should be able to configure.

To customize Incident Overview Tab :

 

In the Navigator, go to Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.

Then select Record Page (Incident) in the left pane. You will have Customize buttons to configure each form section from there.
