How to redirect the delegate main page in Service Portal

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with the below query.

 

when we are creating new delegate record,  after clicking on  ‘Save’, the page should redirect to the main delegate page in Service Portal.

but it is just showing the pop up as Record Added.

You missed attaching the file in your post; please make sure to add it. Also, could you let me know how you are creating the delegate record? Are you doing it via a catalog item or using the native view (i.e., going to the delegate and creating a new record).
