Hi All,
In my dev instance I have activated the plugin: Change Management - Risk Assessment and the Risk Assessment link does show on my change but trying to run it I always get:
By default role required was: admin and it'll_admin and I have removed this and also tried with jut ITIL but I still always get this error.
Anyone know what I am missing to be able to run Risk Assessment?
Thanks, Ellie

Hi Elli,
Not sure if this is too late, but I just had the same issue and saw your post.
I found that there are conditions on the assessment itself and on the individual assessment categories.
My suggestion is to ensure you have an assessment category and that the conditions in both the risk assessment and assessment Category match.
Let me know if this helps or if you figured it out another way.
Cheers,
Scott

Hi Ashutosh, Thank you. I imported the suggested fix but its still not working and I still get the same error. This thread is 6 years old so not sure. The instance I am working on is Kingston.
Any other idea?
Thanks, Ellie

Hi Scott, its not too late. This is something I am playing with on my personal dev instance. I should have some time this weekend to try your suggestion.
Thanks a lot for this! Ellie
