Trying to Set the Request State to completed once the task has been closed using Flow Designer

Hello,

I am trying to achieve the following approval flow

Step 1: Once my books item catalog is submitted, approval will be sent to the manager of the requester.

Step 2: Once the manager approves, a task will be created for the Group 'Library admin'.

Step 3: Once the task is closed, the state of the requested item should be updated to closed. 

Step 4: End Flow

Step 1 and 2 are working normally, but Step 3 seems to fail. Once i close the created task, the requested item state is not updated. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi @Georges_Younes 

In Step 4 for Create task, Make sure you check the 'wait' checkbox.

use 'create catalog task' action if you are creating task in sc_task table.
