Trying to use Query Business Rule it is not triggering when I use webservices

Hello Experts,

 

I am trying to use the Query Option in Business Rules for Incident.

When I query the incident table using business rule, the Business Rule is not getting executed.

Am I missing any thing? Please help.

 Before you use Quesry BR, you should understand the concept of using it against an ACL.

Please read this article : Query Business Rules vs. ACL - comparison 

This should help you what to use.
