Need to trigger SLA when business elapsed time crosses 50%

Hi Everyone,

 

I need to trigger a notification to assigned to when SLA reaches 50% of its SLA for a custom table in Zurich version.

We already do have Default SLA flow, how can i use this for my requirement.

Hi @Atchutaram 

 

  • Create a SLA definition on your custom table with proper start, stop, pause(if any) ,trigger condition.
  • Use the Default SLA Flow to send notifications once the SLA hits the 50% mark.
