Need to trigger SLA when business elapsed time crosses 50%

Hi Everyone,
I need to trigger a notification to assigned to when SLA reaches 50% of its SLA for a custom table in Zurich version.
We already do have Default SLA flow, how can i use this for my requirement.

Hi @Atchutaram
- Create a SLA definition on your custom table with proper start, stop, pause(if any) ,trigger condition.
- Use the Default SLA Flow to send notifications once the SLA hits the 50% mark.

Hi @Atchutaram
Now check when Sla reaches to 50 %, whether assigned to is getting email ( in pdi/sub-prod , check in sys_email.list)
OOB , event is getting triggered from flow
Then first notification with param1 , should trigger.
