Turn off Session Timeout for one user

Hey everyone,

we have one user in ServiceNow that has rights to access our dashboards but nothing else.
The dashboard shall be a live dashboard that is always visible on a big screen in one of our offices.

However, since we have the session timeout, right now we always need to do a few clicks every hour now and then so the user will stay logged on.

Is there a possibility to change the session timeout for just one specific user?

I found this thread but sadly the link to the wiki entry is a dead end.
Seems to had something to do with logon installation exit scripts.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks a lot!

Hi ehgebla,

I had this same requirement, and the best solution I found to this was browser-based, not instance-based.

I'd suggest installing a plugin on your browser (used on the big screen) that reloads the page say every 20 minutes.
