Hello, can anyone help me to check the issue happens to my PDI recently. I had one old PDI which had been used for months. Last Dec, I got mail asked to release my PDI before end of January. I did release and apply a new one. However, it seems the old one always there and not got really released. When I applied a new one, I can access the new one AND old one both. Because if I click the PDI access bar from welcome page, it directs me to my old instance (even if the number is new instance number). I type the new PDI number in URL, it works for new one also. If I did not use any of them then they are hibernated, both of them cannot be accessible again so I have to request another new instance. That repeated many times. Could you please help to check and release the old one? or call back the old one is also fine with me. Thanks a lot.
When I apply New, the new one is working well.
When I click the building button to access the new one, old one is populated. So i can access 2
When these 2 are all hibernated, I need to apply a new again.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @Annie7 ,
There is an issue with PDI now, since the PDI database is shifting to new database.
All of these issues are Known and notified to ServiceNow already, they are fixing it.
Even i don't have PDI now, the new PDI i had , it's not waking up and the Start Building Button is also not functioning .

Hi @Annie7
This is something known issue and this may be due to recent migration of PDI to new DC. Unfortunate there is no support available for PDI , so need to bear like this , may be few more days.
