Typically how many non-prod instances are included as part of ServiceNow subscription?

Typically how many non-prod instances are included as part of ServiceNow subscription? 

Are DEV, TEST included by default without any additional charges?

If we want more than that like UAT, SB instances etc, do we need to purchase?

 

Is there any criteria for availing 'X' number of instances?

 

PS - Dont ask me to check with sales/account rep 😉 This is for my information only.

It totally depends on the customer’s needs. On my customer’s side, we have only one sub-product, which is Dev, but typically it is recommended to have two sub-products and one main product.

Yes, Dev and Test sub-products don’t consume any license costs.
