I have a topic called "Show HR cases" in virtual agent, it displays all the active HR cases which are opened on behalf of the user who logged in.
once user opens any case, then I need to add a question "Would you like to chat with the "assigned to"(The agent who is working on it) person
if yes then user should be able to get a link which directs him/her to the Teams chat with the agent and an automated message should be sent to the agent with all the details of the case.
