UI Action Form Styles

We are wanting to add a new form_style for the UI Actions. Currently OOB there are 3 form styles on the UI Action form - We want to either create a new choice of a different color, or modify one of the OOB colors. Any ideas where this code is so that we could add/modify it. Thanks in advance!
