Ui action is not visible in agent workspace

Hi,

In the incident form we have a reference field which is referring to custom table. When click on reference field in the default view NEW button is visible. But in the agent workspace view it is not visible. How to fix this?

@Madhavi2 Its not supported from servicenow. The new button will not be available in agent workspace view thats expected. We need to educate the end user to create the record in referenced table first and then user the reference picker to select the record.
