I want to track the usage of Response Templates on my system. I can't see anyway to do this OOTB so was thinking of maybe adding a UI Action to the Response Template panel.
However I can see no way to do that either! While I've found the table with the templates in, I'm unable to create a UI Action against it.
Has anyone else tried this? Or know of a way to track Response Template usage?
