"Create outage" UI action to be visible only on service operations workspace.
When we make the Format for Configurable Workspace field as active on the UI action form. Then UI action is getting applicable for all the workspaces. But we want the Ui action to be applicable only to Service Operations workspace (SOW).
Please let me know how we can achieve this .
Thanks in advance

Hi @Ramya95 ,
While creating a UI action just unselect all the check boxes that are present on right hand side like (Form button, form link, etc) then it will automatically be available on workspace only.
Please Mark as solution if you find this helpful, also give a thumbs up.
Thank you

Hi jkhanddh,
As the UI action is in Global application, The create outage ui action is visible on all workspaces on incident table. Our requirement is that the ui action should be visible only on service operations workspace.

Hi @Ramya95 ,
You can try unchecking the 'Workspace Form Menu' field on the Global Application's 'Create Outage' UI Action. Then, duplicate the UI Action using Insert and Stay within the 'Change Management for Service Operation Workspace' application (if you're configuring the UI Action for Change Management) and check the 'Workspace Form Menu' field under Workspace section.
