UI Action to copy a Case

Hello Gurus:

I am looking for your help, I need a script in a UI Action (Form Button)  to copy a CASE and this should redirect to the newly created case,  copying some of the fields form the original into the newly created one.

Perhaps someone has already done this and could share the script used?
