Hi Bob the UI Builder,
I have an experience where i managed to create a button that redirect you to a back office dashboard.
The event configuration for this button is like this :
I think i have created this button in Tokyo version and now i am on the Vancouver one.
My issue is that i want another button like this that redirect to another dashboard but now servicenow do not allow me to use the same technique..
I copy exactly the same code. so this is a classsic link to destination event handler with external and the external url is exactly the same than the working button.
And when i same i see the event in the ui builder but if i reload the screen the event is the only thing that is not saved :
To try a workaround i tryed it in a script but nothing is happening, here is the script in case of :
Do you know how can i fix this or a workaround to save my configuration ?
