UI Builder client script not saving properly.

Hi Everyone,

I'm encountering issue where after saving the UIB client script it just reverts it and not saving it.

I have seen this post that there is an existing issue with firefox:

will there be a workaround for this?

Hi,

The only workaround I see is to edit it by going to sys_ux_client_script table. All page scripts are stored here or use chrome. 🙂

Hi Tadz, looking at some of the internal notes on this it looks like it only happens on older versions of Firefix. What version number are you seeing the issue on?

Actually I experienced this on Chrome and tried on Microsoft Edge it was also happening.

I tried clear cache and reseting my laptop but didn't fix it.

But now its no longer happening. It seems to be intermittent.

That is strange. If it's chrome and edge then it's a different issue. Generally I've found that when you're experiencing any unexplained wonkiness with UIB clearing the instance cache (**don't do this in a prod instance**) helps.
