UI Builder - How to navigate to Tab or Form focus when clicked the Icon Link

I have created the variant of Record page and added these icon links on the left side based on the requirement in Health and safety module. But i am not able to navigate to the tab or focus on the form  when clicked on it .  I would like to open the injury list.   Can anyone help me how can i open Injury list related to this record.

I have tried to set "set focus on", added params, set tab and used open url  but none worked.

Hi,

Did you configure the event handler to the icon component.?...you can add an event handler for a icon component to perform an action when a user clicks it.

Thank You for your response. I have tried to do that - "New button Clicked "  as well but its opening a new tab and not setting  selected tab index or focusing on the from component i have.

Here i tried route, route fields & optional parameters
