UI Builder in Utah removes CSS Styles after saving

Hello,

i have also the css issue. I have serveral Containers, where i set the width with 100% for example.

When i save and look at the changes by testing the page, the styles are set. But when i save again in UI Builder, cause i changed something, almost all my styles are removed. The page is after that not usable.

I have created the app on tokyo. There it is working like expected. When i pull this app to an Utah instance, the app looks good as long, as i made the first save in utah. After that the css stylings from  almost all of my containers are gone. also settings like Border etc...

I have this issue detected on my Utah PDI and on an Customer Demo instance with Utha.

So the UI Builder is not usable for me, because it makes my app unusable.

Has anyone else this issue?

I have made the cache flush like descriped in this post, but this did not work for me, the behavior is the same. (https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/ui-builder-bug-after-utah-release-on-a-pdi-obje...)

What I have found in Tokyo (we are not in Utah yet) is that if one edits the CSS directly using the toggle and then changes a style setting using the properties (e.g., reset the padding via the Style tab property), much of one's custom CSS gets wiped. (Previously one could switch back and forth between these two modes without risk.) It is quite challenging, but perhaps not quite as bad as what you are describing.

I have the same issue in my Utah PDI, have not yet tried this in a customer instance.

That is a bug in UI builder Utah version. It is yet to be resolved.
